Chris was our technician and he was terrific as always. He’s been to our residence for annual maintenance twice now and is knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to explain things after a thorough maintenance of our mini split system.

After this last deep freeze our heating system drain froze up (not surpriseing since very little insulation exists in some of these homes.). Eli Pierce diagnosed, repaired and offered us options for preventative measures with an expertise that belies his youth. Weve been satisfied customers for four years and are very happy with our regular and emergency services!

North Strand has been servicing our short term rental for a few years. We recently had an emergency situation at 10 pm on a Saturday night. I received a call at 10:15 that Mike could stop in and help sort things out. He not only got things up and running but also flushed and fully serviced our system. Thank you for helping us and our guests!

North Strand has been my HVAC contract service for the last several years, after two previous services just couldn't get it right. Now all leakages and mismatches are sealed up, the home stays comfortable year round, and my peak electric bill is notably smaller. I couldn't be more pleased.

Mike came out on the 4th of July. My system went ary the night before. We had a bad lightning storm & we lost electricity. When the power came back on my heat pump would only hum. We had no AC. Thanks for mike coming out on this holiday!! Me,my family, and of course Duke, were starting to get cold air pumping. I am disabled and COPD. Mike and northern are people I trust and always recommend them to my neighbors.

Wow! North Strand Heating & Cooling is amazing. When my heat suddenly went out 2 days before Christmas I reached out to a local realtor friend for repairman recommendation. I am so glad he recommended North Strand for our needs - they were great. In my experience, it is all too uncommon for vendors like this to be timely and professional. North Strand was great - showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly every step of the way, and never tried to hide the ball with costs and fees. The repair was done very promptly. I have every confidence that if further work is required that these folks will stand by their product. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
